Quicksilver - icon on dock, no matter how you have it set (I hate it being there)
NeoOffice 2.2.2 - fine. seems as fast or faster than on Tiger

Skype 2.7BETA - fine
SSHKeychain - fine

aMSN - doesn’t work properly (loads, but totally weirdly. Needs to be force quit.)
AdiumX - loads, but won’t log in (msn) for me.

CS3 only quickily tested, with some images and filters. Seems same as on Tiger.
I haven’t tried SuperDuper! yet… dev says that it’s not perfect, so expecting a release soon.
Mail is faster. Took ~5 seconds to update on first run. Data Detectors are amazing. Works really well.
iCal is a nice update. Starts up much faster.
iLife ‘06 apps all run just as smoothly as before (I’ve updated to the minor releases that Apple pushed out yesterday).
Due to my current backup system, I don’t want to test Time Machine just yet.
